Many of you have seen our videos on how we can shoot fast on target courses, but did you know that shooting fast in defense situations is not the only thing that matters. In fact its probably the last thing that matters. Intuition, awareness, avoidance, and action is what can really save your life before you even come into contact with a possible threat.
Many target shooting and self defense enthusiasts have seen and studied our videos on how fast someone can actually shoot and maintain accuracy. But not enough people really go in and intensely study “the how one is able to shoot that fast while maintaining superb accuracy. Along the same lines, what makes your mind tic and make critical and possibly life saving high speed decisions in a defense situation, has always fascinated us here at RT. We have always played this reality into our Inside and Outside the Home Defense classes, especially for women. In this class you will learn the science of self defense, threat assessment, and awareness. This dynamic class will cover the following classroom and live fire topics and courses:

Safety and defensive shooting safety
This topic is covered BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER any class and or live fire exercises.
All students applying for this class must have undergone Rhino Tactical’s basic class or an equivalent class and must be familiar with their weapon system as this is not a basic class by any means. All students will be screened to make sure that their skills are up to par with this demanding class. Students are required to furnish 350 rounds ammunition of their caliber of a practical handgun. NO 50 action express or blatantly overpowered guns will be allowed that would be considered unsafe for this class. Students wishing to also run courses for shotgun are encouraged to bring 25 rounds of target loads in either 12 or 20 guage. If requested we will provide shotguns. Pistol rentals are also available. All students will wear their own eye and ear protection. Class goes from 9am until 4pm.
